Volunteer Opportunities

Interested in helping others?
The mission of the Volunteer Program is to incorporate the skills and energy of community members who are willing to give of their time and expertise. Volunteers are trained and utilized in all facets of the organization, crisis intervention, legal accompaniment, hospital accompaniment, clerical, fundraising, or special projects. Volunteers play a very important part in the overall success of the agency.


By becoming a volunteer you are helping us end the epidemic of domestic violence and sexual assault. Volunteer opportunities include:

*24-Hour Crisis Hotline Advocate

*Sexual Assault Advocate

*Court Advocate

Health Fair Representative

Special Events



*Completion of volunteer training is required for those interested in volunteering as a Direct Service Volunteer. Group trainings are held only twice a year in February an September.


Women Together / Mujeres Unidas Sexual Assault Volunteer Advocate Training is certified by the Office of the Attorney General (OAG).

Frida's Thrift Store

We gladly accept donations of gently used clothing, home essentials, and furniture that we may be able to provide to our families in need.

Donations may be dropped off at any of our Outreach Centers during regular business hours.
