It is with utmost sadness and a heavy heart that we inform you of the passing of Lupe Silva who was a dedicated advocate for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Ms. Lupe Silva was instrumental in seeking funding to build the Family Justice Center and served on the Board of Mujeres Unidas for many years.
